CMS cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss of income due to the complexity of Software making use of external file tranfers during any internet or internet related session.

CMS will not be responsible for any Backups not done on a regular base and on doubtfull disks or media.

CMS will endeavour to make sure all your needs are fulfilled within reasonable request and that such request will benefit the Micro Lending Industry and their Clients the current Consumers in which ever Country it may present.

CMS are excluded against any claims which are so called RIOTS/WAR/WEATHER or any other "ACT of NATURE"
